Good but could be great

Ive used Buffer for maybe a little over a year. Its great for Twitter but consistently falls short when it comes to Facebook. Part of this is because FB is always tweaking its features. Buffer cant seem to keep up with those changes and instead of addressing this or responding to queries, they go silent. I can sympathize but its not a product Ill continue to pay for much longer if it cant keep pace with platform changes.
